If you don’t already, I highly recommend taking up yoga for 30 days. Here’s the link to the youtube channel I started doing yoga from:
Abs, abs, abs. It’s a tough area to work on, but it must be done. Here’s a few that will really get them burning into existence:
- Balancing table – take care of the knees and make sure you do this on solid soft ground
- Bicycle crunches – get a good abs work out right here
- Prayer twists
- Planks – nothing like a good plank to really hone your muscle control and mental focus
- Warrior pose – this is a tougher one. For added strength, try coming up from a lunge
Remember to breathe. Highly suggested you take these exercises slowly to really work your core. Try including these in your morning routines and you should be crying in no time!
